Welcome!  The Birmingham Society of Women Painters (BSWP) is a group of accomplished artists working and exhibiting in the metropolitan Detroit area. The BSWP is known for its proud history of supporting the achievements and leadership of women in the visual arts.  For more than eighty years, we have brought together professional artists as well as women for whom art is a high-priority avocation.
